Weekends and official United States public holidays are not included in the business processing days, and order processing will be suspended during these periods.
In cases of massive order influxes during seasonal sales, promotional events or peak shopping periods, order processing schedules may be moderately prolonged. We will promptly send email notifications to all affected customers once prolonged processing time is confirmed, ensuring full transparency of order status.
2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
All shipping fees are calculated dynamically based on the package dimension, weight, product quantity and shipping destination. The exact shipping cost will be fully displayed on the checkout page before you finalize payment, with no additional hidden charges.
We provide unified standard shipping service for all orders, with an estimated delivery time of 15 business days. All delivery timelines are reference values only. Actual delivery progress may be fluctuated by uncontrollable factors including logistics carrier delays, customs clearance progress, severe weather, regional logistics restrictions and festival logistics suspensions, which shall prevail to the actual logistics situation.
3. Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking
Once your package leaves our cooperative warehouse and is officially dispatched, you will receive an automated shipment confirmation email from our official mailbox. The email contains your exclusive order number, official tracking code and corresponding logistics carrier details for your inquiry.
Logistics tracking data usually takes 24 to 72 hours to be fully updated and activated on the official tracking platform after shipment. If the tracking information remains unavailable after the above time frame, you can reach out to our customer service team for manual inquiry and troubleshooting.
4. Incorrect Address Disclaimer
Customers are required to fill in accurate, detailed and deliverable shipping information including recipient name, valid contact number and complete residential address during checkout. Please verify all information carefully before payment to prevent delivery exceptions.
ASHANTE BONITA ZAYAS shall not undertake any liability for misdelivery, package loss or delivery failure caused by wrong, incomplete or invalid address information provided by customers. Any package returned due to address errors will incur return and reshipping fees, which shall be borne independently by the customer.

If your package is suspected of being lost during transit or the logistics status stops updating abnormally, please submit a consultation and verification application to our customer service team within 5 business days after the scheduled delivery date. We will initiate a logistics investigation with the carrier actively.
Luggage and bags may suffer extrusion, scratch, structural damage or accessory missing during long-distance transportation. If you receive damaged goods, please contact us within 48 hours upon package receipt. You need to provide clear original photos and short videos of the outer package and defective products. Our team will evaluate the damage condition and provide a proper resolution plan as soon as possible.
